About Cosa Rimane
Cosa Rimane (What's left?) is a book Giulia Bersani self produced. It contains handwritten extracts and there are only 120 copies. Each one of them is a little different. Unique.
This book is where Bersani collected the pieces of a broken relationship. It was a lockdown affair and it ended shortly after. The images follow the two women falling in love during a very complicated and delicate period, where the pandemic forced everyone inside their homes and themselves.
Cosa Rimane observes the two women struggle with their own fears and pain and try to overcome them. Bersani produced this book during the second lockdown (about six months after the first one) and asked herself, what is left?

Giulia Bersani is a photographer from Milan who has an incredible gift for capturing the innocent nature of her subjects with purity, curiosity, and melancholy. Her strength comes from her ability to capture the intimate moments between lovers and create a world that is between dream and reality. “I’m in love with the world.
